funnelmaster Privacy Policy

funnelmaster(퍼널마스터, https://funnelmaster.kr, 이하 "funnelmaster" 또는 "서비스")는 이용자가 본인이 소유한 소셜 미디어 계정에 마케팅 콘텐츠를 생성·예약·발행하도록 돕는 웹 서비스입니다. 본 방침은 funnelmaster가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 왜 수집하며, 어떻게 보관하고 삭제하는지 설명합니다.

funnelmaster (https://funnelmaster.kr) is a web service that helps a user create, schedule, and publish marketing content to social media accounts they own. This policy explains what information funnelmaster collects, why, and how it is stored and deleted.

1. 수집하는 정보 / Information we collect

계정 정보 / Account information

• 이메일 주소와 비밀번호 해시 — 로그인에만 사용합니다. 비밀번호 원문은 저장하지 않습니다.
• Email address and a password hash, used only for sign-in. Plain passwords are never stored.

연결된 소셜 계정 / Connected social accounts

이용자가 TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads 계정을 연결하면, 각 플랫폼의 공식 OAuth를 거쳐 아래 정보를 받습니다. 비밀번호는 어떤 경우에도 받지 않습니다.

• TikTok — open_id, 표시 이름(display name), 프로필 사진 URL, 액세스·리프레시 토큰, 그리고 funnelmaster가 발행한 게시물의 조회·좋아요·댓글·공유 수
• Instagram · Threads — 계정 ID, 사용자명, 프로필 사진 URL, 액세스 토큰, 발행한 게시물의 성과 지표
• YouTube — 채널 ID, 채널명, 액세스·리프레시 토큰, 업로드한 영상의 성과 지표

When a user connects a TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Threads account through that platform's official OAuth flow, funnelmaster receives the identifiers, profile display information, and access tokens listed above, plus engagement metrics for posts that funnelmaster itself published. funnelmaster never receives or asks for platform passwords.

이용자가 만든 콘텐츠 / Content you create

• 입력한 주제·키워드·원고, AI가 생성한 글·이미지·음성·영상, 캡션, 예약 시각, 게시 설정(공개 범위, 댓글·듀엣·스티치 허용 여부 등)
• Topics and drafts you enter, AI-generated text, images, audio and video, captions, scheduled times, and per-post settings such as privacy level and comment/duet/stitch permissions.

2. 이용 목적 / How we use it

• 이용자가 지시한 시각에, 이용자가 연결한 본인 계정에만 콘텐츠를 발행하기 위해
• 발행한 게시물의 성과를 이용자에게 보여주기 위해
• 어떤 계정이 연결돼 있는지 화면에 표시하기 위해
• 로그인 유지 및 서비스 장애 대응을 위해

funnelmaster publishes only to accounts the user has connected, only at times the user scheduled, and only content the user approved. We do not post on a user's behalf without an explicit instruction, and we do not publish to anyone else's account.

funnelmaster는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고 타게팅이나 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다.
funnelmaster does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising, targeting, or profiling.

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁 / Sharing and processors

다음 경우에만 정보가 외부로 전달됩니다.

• 소셜 플랫폼 — 이용자가 발행을 지시한 콘텐츠를 해당 플랫폼(TikTok, Meta, Google)의 공식 API로 전송합니다. 이때 각 플랫폼의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
• AI 제공자 — 콘텐츠 초안 생성을 위해 이용자가 입력한 주제·원고를 Anthropic, OpenAI, Google의 생성 API로 전송합니다. 계정 자격증명이나 액세스 토큰은 전송하지 않습니다.
• 인프라 — 서버는 대한민국 내 클라우드에서 운영되며, 생성된 이미지·영상은 Cloudflare R2 오브젝트 스토리지에 저장됩니다.
• 법적 요구 — 법령에 따른 적법한 요청이 있는 경우.

Content the user schedules is transmitted to the destination platform's official API (TikTok, Meta, Google). Prompts and drafts are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate content; credentials and access tokens are never sent to them. Infrastructure runs on cloud servers in the Republic of Korea, with generated media stored in Cloudflare R2. We otherwise disclose information only when legally required.

4. 보관 기간 / Retention

• 액세스·리프레시 토큰은 이용자가 계정 연결을 해제하거나 회원 탈퇴하면 즉시 삭제됩니다.
• 콘텐츠와 성과 데이터는 회원 탈퇴 시 삭제됩니다.
• 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.

Tokens are deleted immediately when a user disconnects an account or deletes their funnelmaster account. Content and metrics are deleted when the account is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.

5. 이용자의 권리 / Your rights

• 연결 해제 — 설정 > SNS 연동에서 언제든 개별 계정 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다. 각 플랫폼(TikTok 앱 > 설정 > 보안 및 로그인 > 앱 관리 등)에서도 권한을 회수할 수 있습니다.
• 열람·정정·삭제 — 저장된 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 회원 탈퇴 — 탈퇴하면 위 4항에 따라 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
• 데이터 삭제 요청 — https://funnelmaster.kr/meta/data-deletion 에서 직접 요청할 수 있습니다.

You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings > SNS, and you can revoke funnelmaster's access from within the platform itself. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, either by email or through https://funnelmaster.kr/meta/data-deletion.

6. 보안 / Security

• 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
• 액세스·리프레시 토큰은 데이터베이스에 암호화되어 저장됩니다.
• 비밀번호는 단방향 해시로만 저장되며 복호화할 수 없습니다.

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

7. 아동의 개인정보 / Children

funnelmaster는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
funnelmaster is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. 방침 변경 / Changes

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 최종 수정일을 게시합니다.
If this policy changes, the revision and its date will be posted on this page.
