funnelmaster Terms of Service

1. 약관의 적용 / Acceptance

본 약관은 funnelmaster(퍼널마스터, https://funnelmaster.kr, 이하 "funnelmaster" 또는 "서비스")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스에 가입하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These terms govern use of funnelmaster (https://funnelmaster.kr). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

2. 서비스 내용 / What funnelmaster does

funnelmaster는 이용자가 마케팅 콘텐츠를 기획·생성하고, 발행 시각을 예약하고, 본인이 소유한 TikTok · Instagram · YouTube · Threads 계정에 발행하도록 돕는 웹 서비스입니다. 각 플랫폼 연결은 해당 플랫폼의 공식 OAuth를 통해서만 이루어지며, 이용자는 언제든 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.

funnelmaster helps a user plan and generate marketing content, schedule it, and publish it to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads accounts the user owns. Accounts are connected only through each platform's official OAuth flow and can be disconnected at any time.

3. 계정 / Accounts

• 서비스 이용에는 회원가입이 필요하며, 이용자는 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
• 이용자는 본인이 소유하거나 게시 권한을 정당하게 보유한 소셜 계정만 연결해야 합니다.
• 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may connect only social accounts you own or are lawfully authorized to publish to. Users under 14 may not use funnelmaster.

4. 콘텐츠에 대한 책임 / Your content

• 이용자가 생성·발행하는 모든 콘텐츠의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• AI가 만든 초안이라도 발행 전 이용자가 확인하고 승인해야 하며, 최종 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 타인의 저작권·초상권·상표권을 침해하는 콘텐츠를 발행해서는 안 됩니다.
• 스팸, 허위·기만적 표시, 불법 광고 등 각 플랫폼의 커뮤니티 가이드라인에 위반되는 콘텐츠를 발행해서는 안 됩니다.

You are responsible for everything you publish through funnelmaster, including content drafted by AI, which you review and approve before it is posted. You may not publish content that infringes others' rights or violates the community guidelines of the destination platform.

5. 플랫폼 정책 준수 / Platform rules

funnelmaster를 통한 발행에는 각 플랫폼의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용됩니다. TikTok에 발행하는 경우 TikTok 서비스 약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수해야 합니다. AI가 생성하거나 상당 부분 수정한 콘텐츠는 발행 시 AI 생성물로 표시됩니다.

Publishing through funnelmaster is also subject to the destination platform's own terms. Content that is AI-generated or substantially AI-modified is flagged as such when published. funnelmaster does not add watermarks, logos, or promotional overlays to a user's content.

6. 금지 행위 / Prohibited use

• 본인이 권한을 갖지 않은 타인의 계정에 발행을 시도하는 행위
• 서비스의 취약점을 탐색하거나 무단으로 접근을 시도하는 행위
• 자동화 수단으로 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위
• 연결된 플랫폼의 API 제한이나 정책을 우회하려는 행위

You may not publish to accounts you are not authorized to use, probe or attack the service, overload it with automation, or attempt to circumvent the API limits or policies of a connected platform.

7. 서비스 중단 및 해지 / Suspension and termination

이용자는 언제든 회원 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 저장된 데이터는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 삭제됩니다. funnelmaster는 본 약관을 위반한 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있으며, 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

You may close your account at any time; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. funnelmaster may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

8. 면책 / Disclaimer and liability

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. funnelmaster는 외부 플랫폼의 API 변경, 장애, 정책 변경으로 발생한 발행 실패나 지연에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, funnelmaster의 책임은 이용자가 최근 12개월간 지급한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.

The service is provided "as is". funnelmaster is not liable for failures or delays caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, or policy changes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. 약관 변경 / Changes to these terms

약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 최종 수정일을 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
